Today I’ll tell how Namkhas helped my husband to quit a really bad job –
unfulfilling, with toxic management, and no perspectives to grow.
👉 My husband had a dream to become a software engineer – he had a background in radio communication engineering, and wanted to make a career in another field.
After a year of preparation he was a hired as a junior developer and started working on his 1st job.
The 1st employment, however, was unfulfilling, as management showed themselves as arrogant and toxic. A familiar situation, isn’t it? With setting unachievable deadlines and not understanding what’s up with development team…

However, it wasn’t easy to just quit his job and find a new one – our budget was limited and we needed money for the period while he’ll be looking for a position in another company.

Soon after Simon returned from the office and told: “I can’t stand it anymore. I need to quit now”
I agreed immediately, witnessing what was happening for the last month with him.
And… guess what? When my husband quit, he received 1.5 salary bonus just out of nowhere!
We received money we needed for living while he was looking for another job!
☝️It turned out that he was signed for a research on a behalf of the company – only in this case it could get financing it needed. And according to the law, in this case worker should receive additional bonus.
So he successfully received it! And found a much better job, with good management, higher salary and more prestigious one.
