🟠 Dealing with Pain: How I Healed and How Namkhas Helped 🌿

In late February, Batumi was hit by an unexpected snowstorm 🌨️ – the worst in 40 years! We were trapped in our mountain home, surrounded by 1.5 meters of snow ❄️. Schools were closed, roads were blocked, and we had no choice but to face the storm.
